The Borner Farm Project – Prescott
For the full picnic experience, pack up your blankets, chairs (even tables!) and head to the Borner Farm Project in Prescott. The farm serves traditional and inventive pizzas reflective of the season, as well as farm-fresh appetizers, seasonal desserts and a selection of local beers and wines. Don't worry about popularity being an issue: while the pizza-ordering window is limited, the farm doesn’t close until every guest has had their pizza and enjoyed the atmosphere!
The Stone Barn – Nelson
The Stone Barn in Nelson will have you raving about their hand-rolled crusts and homegrown toppings. All of the meats used as toppings are locally raised and hand-seasoned so that every bite bursts with flavor. The barn also offers a gluten-free crust option. And don’t forget dessert! The Stone Barn serves ice cream, so you won’t have to leave without satisfying your — and the kids’ — sweet tooth. New pizzas are added to the menu often, and you can always customize your pizza with the build-your-own option.
