The annual Sartori Big Cheese Drop is nationally lauded as one of the country’s quirkiest New Year’s Eve traditions and celebrates Plymouth, WI, as the official Cheese Capital of the World. The event welcomes thousands of folks together to welcome the new year. Festivities include music, food and drinks, with the highlight of the event marked by a countdown and the lowering of a giant wedge of Sartori’s world award-winning BellaVitano® Gold Cheese. After the Big Cheese Drop, music and dancing continue through the evening.
