Big Bay Town Park
Visitors will find a new entrance, an organized parking area, a new picnic shelter with fireplace, a woodshed, 900 ft. of new beach boardwalk, and a new comfort station with a park attendant office. The comfort station offers free wifi, a drinking fountain, pay showers, and flush toilets. There are also two new bathrooms with flush toilets at the end of the old loop and also in the middle of the new loop. A walking trail connects the new loop to the shower building. Please note that all roads are now one way, including through the parking lot, so please pay attention to signage, slow down, and follow parking directions. Numbering has been reconfigured for 61 campsites, including 23 new sites, 22 with electric, located in the campground addition across the paved road. Also available are six tent-only, remote campsites, located along the Lagoon Ridge Trail. Reservations are encouraged and can be made by following the RESERVENOW link at bigbaytownpark.com
