The facility has a 24,000 square foot Pavilion, Expo Center, multiple meeting rooms, agricultural & equestrian complex as well as an outdoor amphitheater. Amenities include a full range of A/V equipment, free Wi-Fi and 750+ onsite parking spaces. There are over 600 hotel rooms within 15 minutes of the Conference Center giving you plenty of room for overnight guests. We offer hands on assistance from one of our Event Services Coordinators to help organize your event. The Fair Parks plays host to hundreds of events every year including weddings, seminars, conventions, sporting events and livestock shows. We are also the home of the annual Washington County Fair in July.
