Higher Fire Clay Studio was created by Linda Leighton in 1998. Linda just wanted a place to make tile and ended up putting together a place that is: a working studio for clay artists of all ages, a classroom for those wishing to learn how to "play with clay", an intimate sales gallery full of wonderful -- and oftentimes functional -- ceramic art pieces and pottery. The studio offers Kids' classes & summer clay camps, Adult/Teen classes, scouts & clubs, birthday parties, Adult group events & open studio.
