Folklore Village is a nationally recognized folk arts and culture center dedicated to enriching lives through time honored traditions. Each year's schedule includes over 100 events and activities featuring Saturday night potlucks & social dances, concerts, folk culture learning retreats, educations programs and much more. There are numerous workshops throughout the year that range from activities and lessons such as beadwork, to learning about herbal detox and cleanses.  The 94 acre site includes Farwell Hall, Wakefield School, Plum Grove Church, Rustic Bunkhouses, & a Prairie Restoration Project.
