There are small-batch distilleries, and then there are VERY small-batch distilleries. Northern Waters Distillery enjoys the ability to keep our methods as traditional as practical. A typical batch is able to produce only about 70 - 80 bottles, and all of our production is done with minimal automation. We mash, ferment, distill, bottle, and share by hand.

Our Tasting Room when open is available for you to view the operation and purchase our products as well as other NWD gear and accessories. We offer product samplings as well as flavoring and cocktail recipes. As ours is a family run operation, we love to talk about what we do and share the details of how it all works!
