Upstairs features a king bedroom with a private balcony overlooking Lake Superior, a writing desk and a cozy lounge sofa. The second level also features a queen bedroom with a writing desk and a lounge nook. A full bath is shared between the two bedrooms upstairs. The main level contains a common living space and two additional queen bedrooms, along with another bathroom with a shower.

Partially finished basement offers washer and dryer, and a workout area with some free weights and bands available for use. Guests should bring their own detergent if planning to use the laundry area. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking equipment and a standard drip coffee maker.
