Birchwood Point
Birchwood Point
Welcome to their cozy cottage, featuring a screened-in porch on 400 feet of peaceful lakefront. Guests can enjoy excellent fishing from the pier, and a short drive leads to Mercer for shopping, dining, and live music.
Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, the location is along the ATV route and close to snowmobile and cross-country ski trails. A public boat launch is just half a mile away, and nearby attractions include the Winman bike paths, river tubing, and fantastic skiing options in the Upper Peninsula.
The cottage comfortably accommodates four adults and is family-friendly, with dog approval available. There's a small carport, affectionately named “The Tacklebox,” for parking ATVs, snowmobiles, and small boats, along with fishing gear and games.
Guests can relax on the porch while enjoying lake views, gather around the fire pit, stroll along Eleanor’s Path, or take a nap in the lakeside hammock. They are sure to enjoy the tranquility of the Northwoods, and the hosts encourage anyone to reach out if they need assistance. It promises to be a wonderful stay!
