Carraig Cottages

Carraigeen Cottage on Kangaroo Lake Carraigeen is a two bedroom, two bathroom accommodation. It has two queen size beds. There is a flat screen TV with DVD built in. There is limited local TV stations. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is small and has a two ring electric stove with a small, hotel size refrigerator. It is appropriately equipped with all your needs. Outside there is a BBQ and a picnic style table. There are several chairs. We have a spot for a boat at the dock. You are welcome to bring your own boat. You can launch it at the Baileys Harbor boat launch on Kangaroo Lake. There is a $5 launch fee and it is on the honor system. The collection box is at the dock.

Carraig Mor House – Three bedrooms – one with a queen bed and bathroom, 2 rooms with a double and single bed in each. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom on the same level. – Two living rooms, one with fireplace – Dining Room – Fully stocked kitchen with electric stove, gas cook top, fridge/freezer – Toaster, Coffee Maker, knives, forks etc. – Music system for inside and outside the house – BBQ – TV and DVD player – no TV Services – Many board games – Air conditioning and Heat – Washing Machine and Dryer
Carraig Nua House just outside Baileys Harbor. 4 bedrooms, sleeps 14. On three acres of land – 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms – 2 living rooms, one with GAS fireplace – Air Conditioning and Heat – whole house generator back up electricity – fully equipped kitchen – stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer etc. – reverse osmosis drinking water – the water supply comes from our own well. – Dacor BBQ – TV (local channels only), DVD, Receiver, music inside and on deck – WIFI – Large driveway for cars and boat – Weekly garbage service with separate recycling cans.
