Head downtown early and partake in the Chili Cook-Off! Downtown Businesses go head-to-head, competing for the coveted "Chili Cook-off Winner" Plaque. From 5-7pm (prior to the parade), go to each participating business and try a sample of their chili. At the end, vote for your favorite!
