PetSkull Brewing Co. is hosting its 7th Annual Munich in Manitowoc Oktoberfest Party to celebrate the area's rich German heritage. There will be a ceremonial keg tapping at 1 p.m., live music from the Waltzmeisters Polka Band and SkaBilly Circus, an array of German-style food, hammerschlagen, and a guest appearance from Helmut and Klaus.
