Lake Hallie Senior tournament is an Age/Skill tournament for ages 50+. Events will be held for Men’s and Women’s doubles as well as Mixed Doubles. After registration closes, events will be split into 5 year age/skill groups for medaling purposes. Age groups/skill levels may be combined for bracketing. ALL EVENT BRACKET DETAILS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON REGISTRATION. PLEASE REVIEW ONCE EVENTS HAVE BEEN VERIFIED.Registration is $50, plus $15 for each event. USSP/SSIPA members (membership not required) will receive a $10 discount.
Registration opens on June 4th, 2024 and closes on July 17th, 2024.
This tournament is US Senior Pickleball approved and is a circuit event.
To join USSP, go to USSeniorPickleball.com, $20 per year. Multi-year payment discounts available.
The tournament will remain open until the tournament director deems the day’s events are full.
Brackets/Events will be round robin with pool play for events with 8 or more teams, single elimination brackets to follow. Players are guaranteed 3 matches per event. More play for your money.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Lake Hallie Wisconsin is located in northwest WI, 90 miles east of Minneapolis. Eau Claire WI is adjacent to Lake Hallie. The Eau Claire airport is 2 miles from the Pickleball complex. July is typically a beautiful summer month so plan to enjoy all that this part of Wisconsin has to offer.
The ball being used is the Franklin X-40.
The Pickleball complex is a new state of the art facility consisting of 18 courts. 12 of the courts are new in 2024 and have individual fencing. The other 6 courts are 4 years old and they were resurfaced 1 year ago.
Please arrive early for your event & bring lots of water.
