At Sebastian’s we do our very best to provide you with a truly memorable dining experience. Our seafood is the best quality available. The fish is always extremely fresh, and never frozen. Many of the meats and cheeses we serve are natural and free range. During harvest season we use fresh, organically grown herbs and vegetables form our garden, located adjacent to the restaurant. We have over 25 sauces on our dinner and dessert menus, which are made from scratch. The menu and wine list change seasonally to take advantage of the freshest products and ideas.
